Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, mashed bananas, and sugar until smooth. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

Step 2: Bake
