Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, mashed bananas, and sugar until smooth. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
Step 2: Bake
- Pour the Batter: Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool Completely: Let the brownies cool in the pan before frosting.
Step 3: Make the Cream Cheese Frosting
- Beat the Butter & Cream Cheese: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add Sugar & Vanilla: Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- Adjust Consistency: If needed, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk to reach the desired spreadable texture.
Step 4: Frost & Serve
- Frost the Brownies: Once cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top.
