Preparation:
1: Combine the Base Ingredients

- If using, gently fold in the whipped heavy cream for an extra creamy texture.
2: Fold in the Whipped Topping
- Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the mixture until it’s light and fluffy.
3: Add the Mix-Ins
- Stir in the mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
4: Chill the Fluff
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or individual dessert cups.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to firm up.
