Preparation:

- Whisk until the mixture is smooth and starts to thicken, about 2 minutes. Adjust the green color to your preference by adding more food coloring as needed.
2: Fold in the Whipped Topping
- Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture using a spatula.
- Mix until fully combined, creating a light and fluffy base.
3: Add the Mix-Ins
- Fold in the mini marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, and crushed mint candies or Andes mints (if using).
- Stir gently to evenly distribute the add-ins throughout the fluff.
4: Assemble and Chill
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or individual dessert cups.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up.
5: Garnish and Serve
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, green sprinkles, and fresh mint leaves for a festive touch.
