Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  3. Fold in marshmallow fluff gently.
  4. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
