Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in marshmallow fluff gently.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Top with mini marshmallows and optional chocolate syrup or shavings before serving.
- Slice and serve chilled.
