Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. peanut butter whiskey (e.g., Skrewball)
- 1 oz. chocolate liqueur (e.g., Godiva)
- 1 oz. vanilla vodka
- 1 oz. heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (for glass garnish)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (for glass garnish)
- Ice cubes
Optional Garnishes:
- Crushed peanut butter cups
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
- Mini peanut butter cup candy
Instructions
Preparation:
Step 1:
Begin by preparing your martini glass. Place the chocolate syrup and peanut butter on two separate plates. Dip the rim of the martini glass first into the peanut butter, followed by the chocolate syrup. Optionally, you can dip the rim into crushed peanut butter cups for an extra touch.
Step 2:
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the peanut butter whiskey, chocolate liqueur, vanilla vodka, and heavy cream to the shaker.
Step 3:
Shake the cocktail vigorously for about 20-30 seconds to ensure all the ingredients are well mixed and chilled.
Step 4:
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass. Make sure to pour slowly to avoid disturbing the garnishes on the rim.
Step 5:
If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle some chocolate shavings or add a mini peanut butter cup for decoration.
Notes
- Chilling the Glass: For an extra touch of elegance, chill the martini glass in the freezer for 15 minutes before preparing the drink.
- Sweetness Level: Adjust the sweetness by using more or less chocolate syrup or adding a touch of honey or simple syrup.
- Consistency: If you prefer a thicker consistency, use heavy cream rather than half-and-half.
