- 2 cups ginger ale or lemon-lime soda (chilled)
- 1 cup sparkling wine or prosecco optional for adults

1: Prepare the Ice Ring (2–4 Hours Ahead)
- Fill a Bundt pan or ring mold with 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries) and ½ cup pomegranate arils.
- Add water to cover the fruit, then freeze for 2–4 hours.
- Tip: Use coconut water or cranberry juice instead of plain water for extra flavor.
2: Mix the Punch Base
- In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and thawed lemonade concentrate. Stir well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to chill and meld flavors.
3: Add Sparkle and Fruit
- Gently pour in ginger ale or lemon-lime soda. For an adult version, add sparkling wine.
- Add sliced strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate arils, and citrus slices.
4: Garnish and Serve
- Place the frozen ice ring in the punch bowl to keep the drink cold without dilution.
- Float edible flowers and mint sprigs on top for a romantic touch.
