  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
  • 1 cup diced fruit (e.g., strawberries, pineapple, or maraschino cherries)

For Garnish:

  • Holiday sprinkles
  • Fresh fruit slices
  • Crushed candy canes (optional)

Instructions

Preparation:

1: Prepare the Jello

  1. In two separate bowls, dissolve the red and green Jello in 1 cup of boiling water each. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water to each bowl and stir well.
  3. Pour the Jello mixtures into two shallow pans or containers. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

2: Dice the Jello

  1. Once set, cut both the red and green Jello into small cubes.
  2. Gently loosen the cubes from the pan using a spatula or knife.

3: Combine the Fluff

  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently fold the whipped topping with the mini marshmallows and shredded coconut (if using).
  2. Add the diced fruit and carefully mix until combined.
  3. Gently fold in the Jello cubes, being careful not to break them apart too much.

4: Chill the Fluff

  1. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

5: Garnish and Serve

  1. Before serving, garnish the fluff with holiday sprinkles, fresh fruit slices, and crushed candy canes for a festive touch.
