Instructions
Preparation:
1: Prepare the Jello
- In two separate bowls, dissolve the red and green Jello in 1 cup of boiling water each. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to each bowl and stir well.
- Pour the Jello mixtures into two shallow pans or containers. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
2: Dice the Jello
- Once set, cut both the red and green Jello into small cubes.
- Gently loosen the cubes from the pan using a spatula or knife.
3: Combine the Fluff
- In a large mixing bowl, gently fold the whipped topping with the mini marshmallows and shredded coconut (if using).
- Add the diced fruit and carefully mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the Jello cubes, being careful not to break them apart too much.
4: Chill the Fluff
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
5: Garnish and Serve
- Before serving, garnish the fluff with holiday sprinkles, fresh fruit slices, and crushed candy canes for a festive touch.
- Serve in a large decorative bowl or individual dessert cups.

- Tropical Jello Fluff: Use pineapple or orange Jello and add diced mango or mandarin oranges for a tropical twist.
