  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and toss in melted butter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
  3. Press the coated cinnamon roll pieces evenly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, vanilla, eggs, and sour cream, mixing until combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cinnamon roll crust and spread evenly.
