For the Fluff Base:

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • ½ cup (100 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (120 ml) whole milk
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • Blue gel food coloring (adjust to achieve desired color!)

Mix-Ins:

  • 1 cup (180 g) crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup (180 g) crushed chocolate chip cookies

For Garnish:

  • Extra crushed cookies
  • Mini Oreos & mini chocolate chip cookies
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

Preparation:

1: Whip the Cream

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

2: Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture

  1. In a separate large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.

3: Make the Pudding Base

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla pudding mix until it starts to thicken.
  2. Let sit for about 2 minutes, then add it to the cream cheese mixture, beating until smooth.

4: Add the Blue Color & Fold in Whipped Cream

  1. Stir in a few drops of blue gel food coloring until the mixture reaches a vibrant Cookie Monster blue.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream, mixing just until combined to keep the fluff light and airy.

5: Add the Cookie Crumbles

  1. Gently fold in the crushed Oreos and crushed chocolate chip cookies, making sure they’re evenly distributed.

6: Chill & Serve

  1. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight) for the best flavor and texture.
  2. Before serving, garnish with extra crushed cookies, mini Oreos, mini chocolate chip cookies, and a dollop of whipped cream.
