  • Step 2: Drain the cottage cheese through a fine sieve or cheesecloth if it’s very wet. This helps remove excess moisture, ensuring a crispier texture.
  • Step 3: Using a spoon, scoop small mounds of cottage cheese onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon to form thin rounds.
  • Step 4: Sprinkle each cottage cheese round with salt and pepper, or add your favorite seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, or chili flakes for extra flavor.
  • Step 5: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the chips turn golden brown and crispy around the edges.
