Instructions
Step 1: Chill your ingredients
For the best flavor and texture, chill all the liquors and juice beforehand, or plan to shake with ice to chill them fast.
Step 2: Fill the shaker
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 1 oz spiced rum, 1 oz peach schnapps, 1 oz coconut rum, 2 oz blue curaçao, and 1 oz pineapple juice.
Step 3: Shake it up
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the mixture is fully combined and ice cold.
Step 4: Strain into shot glasses
Strain the liquid evenly into 3–4 shot glasses (depending on size). Use a fine mesh strainer if you want to remove any pulp or foam from the pineapple juice.
Step 5: Serve immediately
Garnish with mini umbrellas or tiny fruit wedges for fun, or serve as-is to let the vibrant blue color shine.
