Ingredients

  • 1 oz peach schnapps 🍑

  • 1 oz Malibu coconut rum 🥥

  • 1 oz pineapple juice 🍍

  • Ice (for shaking) 🧊

Instructions

Step 1: Chill Your Shot Glasses
Place your shot glasses in the freezer for 5–10 minutes before serving. This step enhances the crispness of the shooter and improves presentation.

Step 2: Prepare Your Cocktail Shaker
Fill a cocktail shaker about halfway with ice cubes. This will rapidly chill the ingredients and dilute them just enough to round out the flavor.

Step 3: Add Ingredients
Pour the 1 oz peach schnapps1 oz Malibu coconut rum, and 1 oz pineapple juice into the shaker over the ice.

Step 4: Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds. You want the mix to be icy cold and slightly frothy.

Step 5: Strain Into Glasses
Using a cocktail strainer, pour the mixture into your chilled shot glass (or glasses, if you’re serving multiple shooters).
