Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Strawberry Puree

  1. In a blender, add fresh or frozen strawberries (about 1 cup) and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture, if desired.
  3. Set aside the puree for layering in the drink.

Step 2: Make the Frappe

  1. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, and ice.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no chunks of ice remaining.

Step 3: Assemble the Drink

  1. Take a tall glass and add a layer of strawberry puree at the bottom.
  2. Pour the caramel frappuccino mixture over the puree, allowing the layers to show for a beautiful presentation.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

  1. Generously top the drink with whipped cream.
  2. Drizzle extra caramel sauce over the whipped cream.
  3. Sprinkle red sprinkles on top for a festive finish.
  4. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy the festive vibes!
