  • 23 scoops vanilla ice cream (or use mint ice cream for extra flair)
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda (like Sprite or 7UP)
  • ½ cup green fruit punch (optional, for more color & flavor)
  • 12 drops green food coloring (optional, for extra green magic!)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Green sprinkles, gold sugar, or St. Patrick’s Day-themed sprinkles
  • Maraschino cherry (optional)
  • Green candy stick or paper straw (for serving)

Instructions

Preparation:

1: Prepare the Glass

  1. Chill the serving glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes for a frosty touch.
  2. If desired, rim the glass with gold sugar or green sprinkles for extra festivity!

2: Add the Ice Cream

  1. Scoop 2-3 generous scoops of vanilla ice cream into each chilled glass.
  2. For a minty twist, you can substitute with mint chip ice cream.

3: Pour the Soda

  1. Slowly pour lemon-lime soda over the ice cream.
  2. Add a splash of green fruit punch if you want a fruity twist.
  3. Add a drop or two of green food coloring if you want a vivid green hue.

4: Top & Garnish

  1. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
