  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water, as needed for consistency

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
