Instructions
Step 1: Add everything to the blender
In your blender, combine 1 oz coconut rum, 1 oz pineapple juice, ½ oz blue curaçao, and 1 cup crushed ice.
Step 2: Blend until smooth
Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and frosty, resembling a slushy consistency.
Step 3: Pour into shot glasses
Carefully pour the blended mixture into shot glasses, filling each right to the brim. The vivid turquoise color will catch the light beautifully.
Step 4: Garnish if desired
Sprinkle shredded coconut on top for a snowy effect, or wedge a tiny pineapple slice onto the rim of each shot glass.
Step 5: Serve immediately
