Description

Ingredients

  • Brussels Sprouts: 1 pound, trimmed and halved.
  • Bacon Options: 8 slices of turkey bacon or chicken bacon.
  • Cheese and Seasonings: 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, and 1 teaspoon paprika (optional).

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, add halved Brussels sprouts, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss until well coated.
  2. Stuff each halved Brussels sprout with a small amount of grated Parmesan cheese, then wrap with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
