Ingredients
- Brussels Sprouts: 1 pound, trimmed and halved.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, add halved Brussels sprouts, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss until well coated.
- Stuff each halved Brussels sprout with a small amount of grated Parmesan cheese, then wrap with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the sprouts are tender. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
