Ingredients
Ingredients
-
2 oz peach vodka (or regular vodka + 1 oz peach schnapps)
-
1 oz lemon juice (fresh is best!)
-
1 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
-
3 oz cold lemonade
-
1 oz peach nectar or peach juice
-
Ice cubes
-
Peach slices and lemon wheels (for garnish)
-
Mint leaves (optional, for extra freshness)
Instructions
Step 1: Chill your glass
Place your serving glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink.
Step 2: Mix the ingredients
In a shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz peach vodka (or regular vodka + 1 oz peach schnapps), 1 oz fresh lemon juice, 1 oz simple syrup, 3 oz cold lemonade, and 1 oz peach nectar or juice.
Step 3: Shake to chill
Shake well for 10–15 seconds to blend the flavors and fully chill the cocktail.
Step 4: Prepare the glass
Empty the ice water from the chilled glass (if using), and fill it with fresh ice cubes.
Step 5: Strain and serve
Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel, a slice of peach, and a few mint leaves if using. Serve with a straw or cocktail stirrer.
Notes
-
Adjust sweetness by increasing or decreasing simple syrup based on your taste or the tartness of your lemonade
-
Fresh-squeezed lemon juice makes a noticeable difference in brightness and balance
-
Peach nectar gives a fuller fruit body than just using flavored vodka—don’t skip it if you want real peach flavor
-
Chill all ingredients beforehand if you’re skipping the shaker and building directly in the glass
-
For a pitcher: Multiply the recipe and mix in a large jug, then serve over ice with fresh garnishes
