  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 4 oz ginger beer

  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Lime wedge for garnish (optional)
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preparation:

Step 1:
Prepare a copper mug or a highball glass by filling it with ice cubes. The copper mug helps keep the drink cold, enhancing the overall experience.

Step 2:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, pumpkin puree, lime juice, simple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to thoroughly mix the ingredients and to chill the mixture.

Step 3:
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.

Step 4:
Top the cocktail with ginger beer, gently stirring to combine.

Step 5:
Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Add a lime wedge, a sprig of mint, or a cinnamon stick for an extra touch of elegance. Serve immediately.

Notes
